Those bubbles look terrible, I would definitely remove them. It also seems that the flame nearest to the right of Groudon (under his name) is cut off, or looks boxy at least.

All I can say on this one is that it needs a lot of work. Needs lighting work, effect work, general compositional work...the whole 9 yards.
